* The Charter *
1-No cheating will be tolerate for anyone wearing the TAG
1,1- Any member wearing the colors and the (MTL) TAG is Liable to eviction using a cheat allowing him to increase statistics and skill.
2-The member should proudly wear, at all time, the Tag and color which were allotted to him by the Founder of (MTL)
2,1- Only a Founder Leader can allow the wearing of the colors and Tag for new members.
2.2- The wearing of double Tags is NOT allowed without explanation and agreement of a Founder with a major reason given.
3-You must have MSN and TeamSpeak. and an available address of correspondence.
3,1- All members must have MSN , HotMail or an address of valid and functional correspondence.
3,2-All members must have a working mic/headset/speakers, available for use and also have the common communication program in use by our TEAM installed - Actualy, Team speak (TS 2 client rc2 2032), which can be found on our download page, under Utility.
4- (MTL) CLAN remains a participative and not restrictive clan.
4,1- Members are encouraged to come to Training sessions, and Clan matches. Any members that signs up or gives their name to join in arranged matches, they must make every effort to attend, or give adequate notice that they are not available.
4,2- Still no obligation (practice, game, Clanwar) but need to keep contact and participate occasionally.
5-The reason for being of the clan remain. (Friends sharing a common hobby)
5,1- But -You must visit our WebSite and Forum once a week except on your Holliday period. (Members are encouraged to take part in any discussions on our forum)
6-Should respect the other members of the CLAN.
6,1- All complaints in regard of another member should not degenerate and must be send to a Founder Leader or an Officer immediately.
6,2- Foul or abusive language is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
7-Should be respectful to his opponents and to the other clans.
7,1- Members are expected to have a good team player attitude on any Game Server.

7,3- Racism of any kind will NOT be tolerated and would be grounds for immediate dismissal .
8-To be loyal to (MTL)
9-Every members leaving the Clan by his own or after eviction, remove the TAG (MTL) member has its pseudo ( NickName)
9,1- Immediately on request of a Founder Leader, by voluntary departure or expulsion.
10- A member must give sign of life at least once per month to one of the CLAN OFFICER .
10,1- Or can be place in HIBERNATION mod by the team.
10,2- After an extended /or unjustified HIBERNATION the Officers can remove his name from the member list.
10,3- If the striped member wants to return to the clan, he must pass by probation again and must be voted in .
11-Except exception ( E ) the members of the Clan should be 18 years or older.
There's
only 2 different ways we will sometimes consider an exception(E),
{underage }
(1) If the underage applicant is the
child or close familly of one of our regular members.
(2) If the underage applicant has a very
mature attitude and frequently plays on our server..
12- Except on authorization you are not allowed to send e_mail to another team member.
12,1-Except on the subjects suitable for our members . (MTL)Games interest subject.
13- All members are obliged to observe the Clan rules.

Red Star
= Founder leader (Maximum 3)
White Star = Commander
Blue Star = Officer (Alpha or Omega)
Founder leader
- The team manager and Clan founder
Commander - Tactical Team leader
Alpha Officer - Responsible for the communications
- Ex:Web Master, Mediator
Omega Officer - Responsible for the navigation
- Ex: Game Server, FTP Server
Every star of every colour has its own meaning.
Example of founder's name: *NickName(MTL)* A founder has by virtue of one's office two stars a red star of which has the end of its nick (Reserved for the founders)
Example of officer's name: *NickName(MTL)* An officer can accumulated different fonctions.2 stars from even colour 1 functions(offices) 2 stars various colours for multiple functions(offices)
In the absence of a Founder Leader 2 officers or Commander supporting the Founding other Leader will have the even decision-making strengths.
***Recruitment***
Probatory Member
A Probationary Member is identified by the TAG (MTL) in red but his pseudo (nickname) is completely white (without BLUE)
Only the founders can grant the TAG or the colors to a new Clan member.
Keeping in mind our Clan is composed of friends, the new recruit must
generally passed by a probationary period. This period doesn’t
have a definite time.
It makes it possible for current regular members to become more familiar
with the new recruit.
Probation period for an (E)
generally a little longer
As soon the founder leader thinks the recruit will be accept in the
TEAM, a vote will be made on our Forum.
Following this result : Recommendation of at least 5 uniform members
and approval of 2 Founders, an announcement will be on the NEWS section.
After the announcement the NEW regular member will be allowed to put
their new Tag and regular color on.
Please take note that a negative vote, justified
to one of the Founders or Officers ( by a regular member with an e-mail
or PM message on the Forum), could cancelled more than one positive
vote, if a valid reason is given.
****Clan War****
Generally, Scrims, ClanWar, friendly War and others will be announced on our Forum. The members wanting to take part of it, must register their name and comments on reply to this same Post. Except by exception, the first members registered would be selected in the order of replies posted until we get the count (necessary player). The additional members who are registered will generaly be by order the substitutes.
We will try to accommodate the most amount of members as we can to those funny competition.
It's the responsability of the commander and officer to give the assigment to each player and prepair team strategy for the match.
1- A competition won’t be official if all and every teammates are NOT wearing (MTL) TAG ( So, regular or Probationer member only ).
2- A competition wont be official without the participation of at least one Commander or Officer of the TEAM at the time of a scrim.
*****Hibernation*****
A member absent more than one month without warning to anyone of the OFFICERS of the CLAN (Officer, Commander or Founder), or which voluntarily warns of his absence for an extended period of time is placed in Hibernation mode. (Our Inactive mod)
The colors of the member are then changed on our Website Member section
in order to know the active and inactive members.
A member in Hibernation is identified by TAG (MTL)
in red but its pseudo is entirely BLUE
rather than WHITE-BLUE .
The member giving warning of his/her absence doesn’t have to change
their colors. As soon they return the member will be placed back on
the active list unless contested by another member.
The member put in Hibernation by defect by the Officers preserve their privilege until contrary opinion receipt from a Founder Leader asking him to remove his colors and TAG.
